CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
Working with Kelly has helped me build tools to process everyday life challenges, be it a hard conversation with a friend, receiving feedback from a colleague, or staying mindful throughout my day. I am using the centering practice daily and I find it to be a small thing that can make a big difference. It is a reminder of my intention and physically brings my body into a calm state, opens my heart, and clears my mind.
